Private sessions at CORE 6 studios offer the most targeted way to train, with your instructor’s full attention and a programme designed entirely around your goals, ability, and needs.

Available as 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1

 

Beginners - 50 minutes

Discover the fundamentals of Pilates in this supportive, beginner-friendly class designed to build a strong foundation. You’ll learn proper form, breathing techniques, and core engagement through slow, controlled movements that improve posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness.

 

Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after a break, or just curious about Reformer, this class focuses on gentle strength-building and mindful movement. Modifications are offered throughout, so you can move at your own pace.

All levels - 50 minutes

This Reformer Pilates class is designed to challenge and support all levels - from beginners to experienced movers. You’ll build strength, improve alignment, and enhance flexibility using the reformer’s resistance and support. Options and modifications are provided throughout, so you can tailor the workout to your own pace and ability.

 

Expect a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and more centred.

Intermediate - 50 minutes

This class is designed for those with a solid Pilates foundation looking to take their practice to the next level. You’ll move through more challenging sequences with a focus on strength, stability, coordination, and control. Expect increased pace, resistance, and layered movements that target the entire body.

Perfect for those ready to deepen their technique and build greater body awareness. *Not suitable for clients recovering from injuries or pregnancy.
