
General Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or attending any class, workshop, or event at CORE 6 STUDIOS LTD. By making a booking or taking part in a session, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms apply to all clients, including members, class pack holders, drop-in attendees, and anyone attending through introductory or promotional offers.
1. Membership Commitment
• All memberships require a minimum term of 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Memberships cannot be cancelled during this initial 3-month period.
• After the first 3 months, memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis.
• Memberships automatically renew each month unless cancelled in line with our cancellation policy.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date, either via your online account or in writing to info@core6studios.com.
• Membership changes (upgrades/downgrades) are only available after the first 3 months and subject to availability.
2. Monthly Class Allocation (Memberships)
• Memberships include a fixed number of classes each month.
• Classes must be used within the same billing cycle; unused sessions do not roll over.
• Clients are responsible for booking and attending their sessions each month.
3. Class Packs
• Class packs provide flexible access to classes over a 3-month rolling period.
• Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• They are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be paused or extended.
• Clients are responsible for using all sessions before the expiry date.
4. Drop-Ins & Introductory Offers
• Single-session drop-ins and intro offers are available to new and existing clients.
• Introductory offers are limited to one per client and valid only within the timeframe stated at purchase.
• Non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to availability.
5. Workshops & Special Events
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
• If CORE 6 cancels or reschedules, a class credit or refund will be issued.
6. Booking & Waitlists
• Classes can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance through our booking system.
• If a class is full, you may join a waitlist.
• If added from the waitlist and you fail to cancel in time, the session will be deducted from your account.
7. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
• Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the start time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your booking privileges.
8. Studio Access & Guests
• Only clients with a valid booking may enter the studio.
• Guests, children, or pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated for certain events.
• All clients must check in before class begins.
9. Studio Etiquette & Safety
• Please arrive on time. Entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after the class has started.
• Wear suitable workout clothing and clean socks.
• Always follow instructor guidance.
• Inform the instructor of any injuries or health concerns prior to class.
10. Cleanliness & Personal Items
• Please wipe down your reformer and equipment after class using the provided cleaning supplies.
• CORE 6 STUDIOS LTD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
11. Health & Liability Waiver
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• By attending, you confirm you are physically able to take part in reformer Pilates.
• Any medical conditions must be disclosed before participation.
• CORE 6 STUDIOS LTD accepts no liability for injuries sustained during classes or on studio premises.
12. Age Requirement
• Clients must be 16 years or older.
• Clients under 18 require written parental/guardian consent and may need to sign a waiver.
13. Transferability
• Memberships, class packs, and bookings are strictly non-transferable and cannot be shared.
14. Emergency Closures
• In the event of closure due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, a class credit will be added to your account.
• Refunds will not be issued.
15. Code of Conduct
• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
• Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate removal from the studio and termination of future access without refund.
• CORE 6 STUDIOS LTD reserves the right to enforce this policy without warning.
16. Right to Refuse Service
• CORE 6 STUDIOS LTD reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate memberships/bookings at its discretion if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or in breach of these terms.
17. Privacy & Data Protection
• Personal data is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By booking or attending, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
18. Contracts & Signatures
• Certain memberships or offers may require a signed agreement before activation.
• Clients must review and sign any required agreements to complete their purchase.
19. Amendments
• CORE 6 STUDIOS LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Any updates will be communicated via email and will take effect from the next billing or booking cycle.
