True to our name, all classes are kept boutique with a maximum of 6 clients, ensuring a more tailored, detailed coaching approach from your instructor so you get the very best out of your time with us.

The woman behind the studio
Mia Gardner is our friendly and dedicated Studio Manager at Core 6 Studios, known for her warm energy and precision in every class. Originally trained as a professional dancer and musical theatre performer, she developed a deep understanding of the body through years of disciplined training.
Her passion for Pilates began when she discovered how movement could build both strength and confidence - inspiring her to transition into teaching. Today,
Mia combines her technical expertise with a genuine desire to empower others, creating a studio environment that is both motivating and deeply supportive.
